Getting To Our Home

DIRECTIONS to our home:

Because we are located in a gated community, ALL guests must enter through the guard gate.  We suggest putting the address of the guard gate, 2 LC Larsen Dr. into your GPS, rather than our address.  Once through the guard gate, then you can enter 93 Ingrid Dr. to get to our home.

NOTE: If you put our address directly into GPS, it will take you a different way that will lead you to a dead end road.  It is important to put the address of the guard gate first, then our home address.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

GUARD GATE PROCEDURES:

There are 2 guard gates for Big Bass Lake.  The Larsen Gate is the gate you will need to enter through to get to our home, but it is only manned until 5pm on weekdays and until 2am on weekends.  If you are checking in after designated hours, you will need to first drive to the main gate located at 1 Big Bass Dr, Gouldsboro, PA.  Once you have a window tag, you can then drive over to the Larsen gate.  You can then use the speaker to converse with the main gate and they will buzz you in.

 

Please note that if you are arriving in multiple vehicles, each vehicle must go to the guard gate to pick up the window tag.  As stated in the guest registration form, the name of every guest will be checked by the guard at the gate.  

 

Make sure that you display your window pass at all times for fast entry through the guard gates during your stay. 

 

PARKING:

Our home has a long driveway with parking for 2 vehicles at the bottom of the driveway and then multiple vehicles along the length of the single lane driveway. There is also an additional driveway extension which can fit 2 smaller vehicles.

BIG BASS LAKE

Big Bass Lake is located just to the left of the main guard gate on Big Bass Drive.  It is the largest of the 3 lakes and has a  sandy beach area with roped off areas for swimming and a swim platform.  Kayaks and stand up paddleboards are available for rent at the beach at Big Bass Lake.  In order to rent the kayaks, you will need to sign up at the administration office on Fox Farm Rd or at the outdoor pool clubhouse on Livingston Lane.

There are also well maintained picnic areas, playgrounds and a volleyball court.

 

LIVINGSTON LANE CLUBHOUSE

The recreation complex located on Livingston Lane includes the outdoor pool and splash area for younger kids.  It has multiple tennis and pickleball courts, as well as basketball courts.  There is also a clubhouse where activities, parties and classes are held.

Passing The Thyme is Big Bass Lake Community’s exclusive eatery located within the Livingston Lane complex.  You can order online and have your meals ready for pick up.  They also hold special events, such as cooking classes and bingo.  

 

MOUNTAINSIDE DRIVE RECREATION CENTER

The indoor pool is located on Mountainside Drive which is on the opposite side of Rte 507.  It also features the fitness center and some billiard tables.  It is adjacent to the outdoor ski/tubing hill.  

 

WATERFRONT WAY OUTDOOR AREA

On Larsen Lake, this smaller recreation area has tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and picnic area.  There is a sandy beach area with a dock to launch kayaks or paddleboards. There is also a roped off swimming area with a swim platform.
