CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Check out is at 11am.

Here is our check out checklist:

1. Please take all garbage to the dumpster at the maintenance complex near the guard gate on Fox Farm Road

2. Please make sure to turn off all indoor and outdoor lights

3. Please leave all used towels in bathrooms

4. Place all watercraft back to their original location

5. Remember to LOG OUT of any streaming services you might have used, so that other renters don't have access to your accounts

6. Please make sure all doors are locked on all floors

7. You do not need to strip the beds.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OR TRASH OUTSIDE THE HOUSE OR ON DECK. There are bears and other wild animals in the area that will get into the bags.
